Weekly Photo Challenge: Two Subjects

April 13, 2012

I saw Tom Morrow in the Greenlife shop today offering samples of his cordial (nice labels) and I brought home a bottle of blackcurrant cordial. Tom and Becky have just celebrated their first year of being in business –  there’s an article here if you’d like to know more.

I thought I might take a photo of the bottle to put on my other blog  and so put the bottle in my “art area”  – which is a bit of  a joke really; it’s the space by the kitchen window not occupied by the sink.

Along came Arlo (who loves Tom Morrow’s cordial). We haven’t had any blackcurrant cordial for a while and he was delighted. He grabbed the bottle, I grabbed a photo. Then he was allowed to drink some cordial – in a tall glass with some ice . I wasn’t quick enough to get a photo.

Just for good measure I took a photo of the bottle (by now a little shaken with some bubbles on the top) with my paintbrushes, bits of  twig and honesty I’m in the process of painting and my Rotring pen (which I’ve had since I worked for Suffolk County Council in Rural Roads 2 section when the Orwell bridge was being built). It’s definitely a photo with two subjects. In fact I think both photos fit in with this week’s photo challenge of two subjects.
