Pink blossom parcel, wisteria walls and black cherry hair.

May 29, 2012

The storage capacity of the household computer has gone into the red and I think this is having consequences for the operational speed of the beast. My bit of the computer is full of photos and there are now so many and none of them are organised that it’s getting beyond a joke. There are several cake recipes with photos that need to go on this blog, but they are all over the place and need sorting.

So this evening I thought I’d try and do something about it. But, as Poppa says, you know what happened to thought  (followed a  muck cart thought it was a wedding  (- that’s a Yorkshire ism for you)).

Instead, here’s a photo of a pretty parcel Boo left by the door. She has a way of making things beautiful that I lack. I’m envious.

And talking of pretty things and continuing the weather theme – glorious today – here’s a photo of the wisteria and the palm in the front garden with a backdrop of blue sky. And finally here are two more pretty things, Rella and Halo who spent part of today changing their hair – and several towels, and part of their necks and ears –  to the colour of black cherries. Gilding the lily?

Halo’s gone back to  Southampton now and Rella’s at the beach (hope she had some sun cream) –  so they can’t look over my shoulder and complain at my depiction of them.
