weekly photo challenge: close

June 16, 2012

Pearl came round today and she and Arlo have amused themselves all day without a moan or fight. The sun is setting now (well, the clouds are gathering in the west and the rain has abated and I suppose the sky is taking on a pinkish hue) and they are still going strong as close as ever. Here’s a photo of them “singing”. It’s blurry because I didn’t use the flash but when I did take a photo with the flash the picture didn’t seem to say as much. Maybe it’s the noise that you can feel in this one…

The second photo is of  Halo and Rella – close, unusually, as Halo lives in Southampton. Sometimes they look alike and sometimes they really don’t!

I like the smiles and the motion in the first photo 🙂
